Ryedale Caravans Terms & Conditions
Payments:
Payments can be made by: Cash, Cheque, BACS, Debit or Credit Card
Payment is due strictly on completion of the work carried out, if the customer is not present, an invoice will be left in the Vehicle or Sent to the Customers home address which will be confirmed upon booking, Payment must be made as soon as possible and no later then 7 days from the date of Invoice.
Servicing/Repair Work:
Before any Servicing or repair Work proceeds a visual inspecton of the unit will be performed (external & Internal) to identify any marks, damage or stains that are present prior to the inspection. Any existing damage will be recorded on a Condition Inspection Report to protect the Owner & Ryedale Caravans
Servicing or any repair work will be carried out to the highest standard to ensure safety for the Owner
Inspection Reports only relate to the condition of the Unit (Caravan/Motorhome or Campervan) at the time of the inspection and should not be regarded as evidence of condition of the Unit or Appliances within
If we are unable to gain access to the caravan or motorhome due to access issues or keys not being available, a call out charge will be applied to the customer which will be payable within 7 days
It is the Owners responsibility to ensure that access is available at the time and date agreed for servicing, that there is sufficient clearance to access the wheels and external equipment (this includes removing awnings), and that any internal equipment is clear of obstructions, and the floor area clear. The toilet cassette must be empty and clean or the toilet will not be serviced. Keys for wheel locks, hitch lock and locking wheel nuts must be available. Any itmes that are left inside at the time of servicing will NOT be moved for access, Ryedale Caravans cannot be held accountable if items are left and any fault/water ingress be found at a later date or the next service. Chassis Servicing, the owner must provide an area that is on firm, flat ground, otherwise it may not be safe to conduct a Service If we are required to return at a later date to complete a service, an additional fee will be incurred.
Where any Defect is identified during a service, the Owners Permission will be obtained before any remedial work is completed. An additional Charge for the time & parts will be made. Our Labour Rate is £40.00
All parts supplied will be OEM specification (or second line if customer requires) and are chargeable in addition to labour. Special order parts are non-refundable and will include carriage costs. All parts will remain the property of Ryedale Caravan & Motorhomes LTD until full payment is made.
A caravan habitation service only (as opposed to a full annual service) may be carried out upon customer request. However, please note that a full service may be required to maintain your manufacturers warranty. Ryedale Caravans & Motorhomes LTD takes no responsibility for loss of warranty if the Customer books a habitation service only, or if the service window has expired.
Ryedale Caravans & Motorhomes LTD will ensure all Wheels are torqued to the Manufacturers Specified Setting and Customers will be asked to sign that this was done before the Service Engineer leaves the premises. THE CUSTOMER MUST RE-CHECK ALL THE WHEEL TORQUE SETTINGS AFTER 30 MILES
Warranty:
All service-related repairs are guaranteed for six months. Any parts fitted by us will be subject to the manufacturer's warranty.

Please send all customer complaints that you may have to ryedalecms@gmail.com. We aim to acknowledge receipt within 3 working days and to respond within 10 working days and we will do our very best to deal with any concerns
